Arlis Kadrmas

Arlis Kadrmas serves as the Expert Technical Specialist for BASF's Pavement Preservation business. Arlis has been with BASF for 13 years and prior to that has held several roles at Koch Materials, Sem Materials and Road Science. He is a current board member of AEMA and also a member of ISSA, AAPT, ASTM, AIChE and the Asphalt Institute. Arlis holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from University of North Dakota.
